1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NSMore, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Seller Policy, Return Policy, Support Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Only students of recognized Nigerian tertiary institutions are eligible to register as sellers.

• Buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• NSMore reserves the right to verify user identity.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

• Multiple fake accounts or impersonation will result in suspension.

4. Marketplace Rules

• Sellers may list only genuine, legal, and safe products or services.

• Prohibited items include: drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, exam malpractice content, pornography, and illegal software.

• Buyers must make payments only through NSMore’s approved channels.

• Any attempt to bypass payments outside the platform is a violation.

5. Fees & Payments

• NSMore may charge transaction fees, commissions, or subscription plans.

• All transactions must be in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments to sellers will be made after order confirmation, minus applicable fees.

6. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for timely delivery of products/services.

• NSMore is not responsible for delays caused by sellers, logistics providers, or buyers.

• Disputes must follow the Return Policy process.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on NSMore (logos, text, design, images) is owned by NSMore Enterprises.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or use platform materials without permission.

• Sellers must ensure that listed products do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Post misleading or offensive content.

• Harass or abuse buyers, sellers, or NSMore staff.

• Attempt to hack, clone, or disrupt the website.

9. Account Suspension/Termination

• NSMore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.

• Funds may be withheld during investigations until disputes are resolved.

• Serious violations may lead to permanent banning.

10. Limitation of Liability

• NSMore acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not directly responsible for products or services listed by sellers.

• NSMore is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between users.

• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be resolved between buyer and seller.

• If unresolved, NSMore may step in as mediator.

• NSMore’s decision will be final and binding.

12. Policy Updates

• NSMore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of major changes via email or announcements.

• Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
