Welcome to NIGERIA STUDENTS MARKET (NSMORE). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, including all transactions, services, and interactions. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Businesses must be legally registered (if applicable).
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Account Registration & Security
- Users must create an account to buy, sell, or offer services.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Buying & Selling on the Platform
For Buyers:
- You agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees (taxes, waybilling).
- Transactions are binding; refunds depend on the Seller’s policy.
- You may leave reviews, provided they are truthful and lawful.

For Sellers/Service Providers:
- You must provide accurate descriptions, prices, and terms.
- You are responsible for fulfilling orders as described.
- Prohibited items/services (e.g., illegal goods, counterfeit products) are not allowed.
- You must comply with consumer protection laws (returns, warranties, etc.).

Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- List illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
- Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading practices.
- Use the Platform for spam, harassment, or unauthorized advertising.
- Violate intellectual property rights (e.g., selling pirated content).
- Circumvent fees or manipulate transactions.

Payments & Fees
- Buyers pay via approved payment methods (Bank Transfer, Direct Bank Payment, Opay, Kuda etc.).
- Sellers may be subject to transaction fees (clearly stated on the Platform).
- Chargebacks must be resolved between Buyer and Seller; we are not liable for disputes.

Dispute Resolution
- Buyers and Sellers should resolve conflicts directly.
- NSMORE may mediate but is not responsible for transaction outcomes.
- Legal disputes shall be resolved via arbitration/court in Nigeria.

Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their Content but grant the Platform a license to display it.
- Trademarks, logos, and site content belong to NSMORE.

Limitation of Liability
- NSMORE is not liable for:
- User-generated Content.
- Damages from transactions, fraud, or misuse.
- Technical issues beyond our control.

Privacy Policy
- User data is handled per our Privacy Policy

Termination
- We may suspend/terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- Users may delete accounts at any time.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
