Buyers may request a return/refund if:
The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product is incomplete or missing parts.
Digital products, perishable items (e.g., food), or personalized goods are non-returnable.
Buyers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
After 7 days, no returns or refunds will be processed.
Buyer submits a return request through their NSMore account.
Seller must respond within 48 hours to approve or dispute the claim.
If approved, the buyer must return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Once the seller confirms receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
NSMore may withhold refunds if evidence shows product misuse or fraud.
Sellers must clearly state if an item is non-returnable before listing.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring items are as described.
Sellers must handle return requests promptly to avoid penalties.
If sellers and buyers cannot reach an agreement, NSMore will step in as mediator.
NSMore’s decision will be based on evidence (product photos, tracking details, etc.) and shall be final.
No returns/refunds for:
Digital downloads or services already delivered.
Perishable or consumable goods.
Items marked “No Returns” at the time of purchase.
